About Ognjen Raketić
● I have been working in 4 industries (Food manufacturing, Event Organisations, Pharmacy and Acconuting) mostly as team leader or production specialist for almost seven years, and I am now planning a transition into Quant Finance. Although successful in my industrial engineering career, I have realized the aspects of my work I find most rewarding are all in Quant Finance functions:
● Solid foundation in quant finance: As experienced team lead, I have been responsible for multidisciplinary teams in 4 different industries, making impact with implementing scrum, design thinking and problem solving, also recruiting and training new employees. A quick learner of complex programming, statistics and financial concepts and issues, I am eager to broaden these competencies.
● Dynamic communication style: I am adept in building relationships, consensus and a shared sense of purpose. I am known for my ability to quickly establish trust with colleagues, solving problems and motivate others into action.
● Experience in R&D: A constant throughout my engineering career has been my passion for the design and delivery new value with out of the box thinking. Comfortable and experienced giving both large and small-group presentations, I have conducted hundreds of trainings for diverse audiences across all organizational levels.

My Latest Projects
FRAUD DETECTION
In Fraud detection project, I use open data set and did all steps from cleaning data set, preparing for create ML algorithm, and making ML model for Fraud Detection in Financial Transactions. I spend more than month to make valid Model. I use python libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, ScikitLearn, Pandas, Seaborn. You can see more info about this on my Github.
STOCK PREDICTION
In Stock prediction project, I use open data set and did all steps from cleaning data set, preparing for create ML algorithm, and making ML model for Stock Prediction. I use python libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, ScikitLearn, Pandas, Seaborn,as well as Technical Analysis and live data. For this project I spend more than 2 moths.
